Basic Documents

• Aadhar Card or First Page of Passport or Birth Certificate or Voter ID Card.
• X standard (SSC) Certificate.
• XII standard (HSC) Marksheet.
  For programmes that require 10+2 Mathematics, if a candidate has not studied Mathematics in 10+2, but has subsequently completed Mathematics course with open schooling (example NIOS), then the certificate for the same should be provided.

Marksheets

• Marksheet of First Year of Qualifying Degree. If certificates are available as per semester, combine the certificates of 1^st and 2^nd semester.
• Marksheet of Second Year of Qualifying Degree. If certificates are available as per semester, combine the certificates of 3^rd and 4^th semester.
• If available, Marksheet of Third Year of Qualifying Degree. If certificates are available as per semester, combine the certificates of 5^th and 6^th semester.
• If applicable, Marksheet of Fourth Year of Qualifying Degree. If certificates are available as per semester, combine the certificates of 7^th and 8^th semester.
• If applicable, Marksheet of Fifth Year of Qualifying Degree. If certificates are available as per semester, combine the certificates of 9^th and 10^th semester.
• If available, a consolidated Marksheet of all the years/semesters of the qualifying degree can be uploaded.

Other Documents

• Filled in Declaration Form.
• Degree Certificate, if available.
• If applicable, OBC (NCL) Certificate or EWS Certificate in the specified format.
• If applicable, PwD Certificate in the specified format.
